Cheryl Cole may not return to work for weeks

Cheryl Cole’s mother Joan is staying by her daughter’s beside as the TV presenter remains in hospital being treated for malaria, according to reports.
Cole has spent her third night in hospital and reportedly may not be able to return to her X Factor duties for several weeks.
She will not be appearing at this weekend’s Manchester auditions for the hit show due to her illnessPosted on the X Factor’s official Twitter page was a statement that read:
“The X Factor Manchester auditions will go ahead as scheduled, but Cheryl is unfortunately not able to attend. Get well soon Cheryl! x.'
The former Girls Aloud singer is thought to have contracted the disease after travelling to Tanzania with dancer Derek Hough, with whom she has been romantically linked. Hough is said to be at the 25-year-old’s performer's side while she recovers in hospital.
