A man has been ordered to move out of his house after constantly playing Cheryl Cole songs loudly on his stereo until the early hours of the morning.

Martin Bramwell was handed an eviction notice by a judge after he made neighbours' lives a misery.

The 22-year-old played loud music until 4am, including repeatedly blaring out Cole tracks.

He was also "singing along raucously, banging doors and shouting", according to Mansfield District Council in Nottinghamshire. One neighbour, who had suffered the noise for more than a year, ended up staying with friends because the situation became so unbearable.

Cole, who plays for Premier League team Chelsea, reportedly told close friends that his sex life suffered when his wife's mother Joan moved in with the couple two years ago, The Sun newspaper reports.

The 50-year-old mother of Girls Aloud singer Cheryl moved into the couple's mansion in Surrey after Ashley was first accused of cheating with hairdresser Aimee Walton in early 2008.

The total figures are released today on the company's official website - an online karaoke service with over 33,000 users and a catalogue of over 6,000 songs.
