A man has been ordered to move out of his house after constantly playing Cheryl Cole songs loudly on his stereo until the early hours of the morning.
Martin Bramwell was handed an eviction notice by a judge after he made neighbours' lives a misery.
The 22-year-old played loud music until 4am, including repeatedly blaring out Cole tracks.
He was also "singing along raucously, banging doors and shouting", according to Mansfield District Council in Nottinghamshire. One neighbour, who had suffered the noise for more than a year, ended up staying with friends because the situation became so unbearable.
