Cheryl Cole has reportedly been asked by will.i.am to fly to Los Angles for a "secret date". The Black Eyed Peas star has given the Parachute singer a shoulder to cry.

On since she split from her soccer player husband Ashley Cole over his alleged infidelities, and he now wants her to spend Easter weekend with him and his family.

A source told Britain's Grazia magazine: "He has asked Cheryl to fly out to Los Angeles for a secret date with him over Easter. He's having a big family get-together and he wants her to be there."

The 35-year-old pop star has worked with Cheryl, 26, on many occasions, first duetting with her on his 2008 single Heartbreaker.

He then went on to co-write and produce most of her debut solo album 3 Words, which was released last year. Cheryl has previously praised will.i.am for being a great artist and a good friend.

Ever one to keep abreast of changing times, rumour has it that Cheryl Cole will shortly announce that she is reverting to her Maiden Name of Tweedy, as part of her rehabilitation following the collapse of her marriage to broken-legged love-rat Ashley Cole.

Cheryl Cole has topped a list of mobile phone online celebrity searches, according to a UK report. Cole's marital woes and separation made headlines daily in the UK in recent weeks following a novel sex-texting scandal that enveloped her football star husband Ashley.

The Mirror reports a study of cell phone use showed the tiny Cole was 40 per cent ahead of Miley Cyrus and Robert Pattinson in searches.

The Orange Digital Media Index had Cole at the top, while the Orange Music Store reported her single Fight For This Love ahead of Lady Gaga and The Black Eyed Peas on a tunes download chart.

Cheryl Cole is the celebrity most searched for on mobile phones. The Girls Aloud singer has been named as the personality most searched for by people playing.

On the internet on their telephone handsets, and her 'Fight for This Love' video has been crowned the most downloaded song and video clip.

The 26-year-old beauty strolled ahead in the results - which were put together by the Orange Digital Media Index (ODMI)

And received over 40 per cent more phone searches than 'Hannah Montana' star Miley Cyrus, who came second, and 'Twilight' hunk Robert Pattinson, who was placed third.

Cowell, 50, is said to be keen to get X Factor judge Cole on the US version of the singing talent show. But she admit ted she is worried that she might not be a hit with an American audience because of her broad Geordie accent.

Cole added: "It is a really scary thing. Why would they give it to me? They don't know me and I have got this weird accent. "The talent out there is phenomenal."I would buzz off them but whether they would buzz off me, I don't know. "I'm a Cancerian, so I'm a real homebody. Cheryl Cole has congratulated comic Rufus Hound on his fundraising spoof of her Fight For This Love dance routine.

Cole told the bearded funnyman "it's like looking in a mirror" after he performed the routine on Friday's Sport Relief show on BBC1.

Hound, who won this year's Let's Dance for Sport Relief with his impersonation of Cole, copied her military-themed outfit complete with trousers split at the side which showed off his legs.

Cole joked: "You have put so much work into it you have even split your trousers." The singer and X Factor judge said watching Hound's victory last weekend had cheered her up while she was ill in bed.

Singer Cheryl Cole who recently ended her marriage to soccer star Ashley Cole has vowed that she will never date a toned, muscular man again.

The singer insisted that the next time she goes out on a date she will make sure that her date is a man who has the rounded stomach.

Talking about her type of man that she will target on a beach, the ‘Girls Aloud’ singer said.

A guy could be in the Speedos and be ripped to within an inch of his life and I don't think I'd look again.”
