Cheryl Cole On Hand PlayBoy PhotoShoot: Cheryl Cole  has been offered a nude shoot for men's magazine Playboy, said to be worth £500,000 according to reports. The raunchy publication apparently approached the X Factor starlet to pose for a centrefold shoot, after hearing about her plans to launch her career in the US, claims the Daily Star.

"Cheryl is incredibly flattered by the offer but she’s always been fundamentally opposed to going nude in magazines," a source told the tabloid today. "She reckons it’s great if other girls can do it, but it really isn’t her. People won’t believe it but she is actually incredibly shy when it comes to all that stuff."The insider continued: "Cheryl has a fortune of £10m. It’s not like she needs the money."

Cheryl Cole and her dancer pal Derek Hough are a couple, says ‘X Factor’ pal. Show choreographer Brian Friedman, 33, has met up with them since they flew to Los Angeles nearly two weeks ago. “I’m very close to them both. They’re amazing people and make a great couple,” the Mirror quoted Friedman as saying.

“I thought they would make a good couple and I’m so pleased to say they do. They’re very, very cute together. “Cheryl and Derek both seem incredibly happy right now, that’s all I can say,” Friedman added. It is the first time a friend of either Cole, 27, or US dancer Hough, 25, has spoken publicly about their relationship.

Cheryl Cole has returned to the studio for the first time since her battle with malaria. The Girls Aloud singer worked until 8pm on Monday at an LA sound stage. Cheryl, 27, then went back yesterday to continue recording her second album.

'She booked the studio for a week, though she'll see how many days she can manage,' a source tells the Daily Star. 'But she is not the sort of person to lie in bed waiting to get better... 'Cheryl is really geared towards making it in the US and feels well enough to push on.'

So why wouldn't she invite CHERYL COLE round for a tasty chargrilled sausage when they were just a few miles apart? The singers are in the same neighbourhood in Hollywood but the Geordie's invite for her Irish chum's barbie must have got lost in the post.

A source said: "Nadine and Cheryl are running rings around each other in terms of location. "They're not avoiding one another, there just hasn't been any effort whatsoever to meet up. "It would have been ideal for Cheryl to attend Nadine's barbecue as she's staying nearby."

Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole has apparently decided that she'll move to the US for her alleged lover Derek Hough after the end of 'X Factor'. Derek's best friend, his singer sister Julianne has given Cheryl her approval.

For quite some time, Cheryl has been in Los Angeles with Derek while she recovers from malaria.! And after her role as. A judge on the ITV show gets over in December 2010, the 27-year-old singer wants to move to California semi-permanently to move on from footballer husband Ashley.

A man who threatened to kill singer Cheryl Cole and blow up a football stadium has been jailed for two years. Alan Linton, 32, also admitted threatening to carry out a terrorist attack on Glasgow Airport and to kill young girls in a primary school.

Judge Lady Smith said a series of threatening letters sent by Linton, from Carluke, Lanarkshire, last year must have been "very alarming and upsetting" for those who received them, as she jailed him at the High Court in Edinburgh.

Singer Cheryl Cole is reportedly seeking help from Princess Diana’s former spiritual guru to help her with her life. The 27-year-old is now back on her feet again after beating malaria, which she picked up after a trip to Tanzania with her close friend Derek Hough. Hough has apparently introduced her to life coach Tony Robbins as he has been following his guidelines for some time now.

A source said to UK newspaper The Sun: “Cheryl and Derek saw the new TV show, Breakthrough With Tony Robbins, in the States and she asked questions about him. Derek has been a follower of Tony’s for years. He hasn’t pushed it, but he has recommended they meet. He pointed out the number of stars Tony has helped plus the fact he’s guided him over obstacles in his own life. He thinks Cheryl may benefit from it and she’s open to trying it.”

Cheryl Cole is to meet Derek Hough's parents for the first time. The 'Fight for This Love' singer and the 'Dancing with the Stars' dancer are growing increasingly close and while Cheryl is in the US she will have dinner with the Hough family.

But the Girls Aloud star has been warned by Derek that meeting his family could be like the cringe-inducing comedy film 'Meet the Fockers' - in which Ben Stiller has to deal with his control freak father-in-law, played by Robert De Niro.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Derek is winding up Cheryl, saying his stepdad is just like Robert De Niro's character Jack in 'Meet the Fockers'!

"Derek is a mother's boy. She's heard all about his new lady friend and can't wait to meet her." Cheryl's mother Joan is also set to fly out to.

Los Angeles later this month, which could see both sets of parents meet each other for the first time too. The 27-year-old beauty - who is in the process of divorcing soccer player.

Cheryl Cole is back in the recording studio and making music for her next album, according to reports. The X-Factor judge, who is still recovering from a serious bout of malaria, is said to have defied doctor’s orders to rest and has thrown herself back into work. The Three Words singer flew to LA last week because she was bored to bits, The Sun reported.

A source told the UK newspaper: 'Cheryl couldn't sit around any longer. She feels 100 times better and wants to get some normality back. She was going crazy sitting around at home. She wants a change of scenery so has decided to go to Los Angeles and get back into the studio. But it's still nowhere near the work schedule she had before she fell ill.' It is thought she will fly back to the UK in three weeks to resume filming of The X Factor.

Cheryl Cole has thanked the medical staff who helped her beat malaria and said she wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them. The 27-year-old singer was recently seen out for the first time since she left hospital after being treated for the tropical disease. Speaking to the NHS team of doctors who helped her, she reportedly said: 'I want to say how grateful I am for everything you guys have done. I wouldn't be here now, if it wasn't for you.'

Cole is now reportedly considering making a donation to the tropical diseases centre at the University College London Hospital. A source said to UK newspaper Daily Mirror: 'It's something she's giving serious thought to. She is so grateful for their expertise and care.'
