Cheryl Cole Divorce And Battle With Malaria: The nation's Geordie sweetheart has a new positive outlook on life after her very public divorce and battle with malaria, says Simon Cowell. Instead of letting the last few dramatic months crush her, Cheryl Cole has emerged stronger and determined to enjoy her life. The X-Factor tycoon told The Sun that he had advised the Girls Aloud star to stop pressuring herself into juggling so many commitments and put herself, and her health, first.

Cowell, 50, says the traumatic split from England player Ashley and contracting the potentially-lethal disease while on holiday in Tanzania,  has forced newly-single Cheryl to take better control of her life. 'She seems more focused and it (the malaria) was a wake-up call to her,' he said.The music mogul, who has been a firm friend and mentor to the 27-year-old, says she is now firmly putting the troubles behind her and is raring to go. But he warned her to cut down her workload, saying that her balancing act of starring in the X Factor, fronting beauty campaigns, recording her solo and Girls Aloud work and touring was heaping intense pressure on the slim singer.My advice to her was "You don't have to feel guilt, you have a choice now to choose what you want to do. And it's for you and not the people around you".'But Cheryl shows no sign of slowing down.

Cheryl Cole Discharge Her Personal Pictures: Cheryl Cole is all set to release her intimate pictures in her autobiography 'Through My Eyes' this year. The singer reckons she''ll be giving readers an insight into her personal life. Everyone''s favorite 'Girls Aloud' singer is releasing her first official book, due to chronicle her super glam life over the past year.

"Sometimes I find things happen so quickly, it''s possible to forget all those personal moments that make up the amazing experiences I''ve had over the last year," the Sky News quoted her as saying.

"This book is filled with pictures that capture those moments, my memories and the people I''m closest to. I''m thrilled to see it all together for the first time," she added. The book is set to include previously unseen photographs from Cheryl''s own personal collection of favourites.

But it has not been all happy times for the singer and it is doubtful the book will make any reference to the breakdown of her marriage to Chelsea and England footballer Ashley.

Instead, it will focus on a variety of better times, from the recording studio in Los Angeles to backstage in Dublin on the opening night of her tour with the Black Eyed Peas. Published by Transworld Publishers, it is also said to contain behind the scenes images from the X Factor and from the red carpets of the music industry''s top awards ceremonies.

Cheryl Cole Going To Dance Studio At Las Angeles: After an extended break, whether it be a holiday or illness, most of us tend to drag our feet when heading back to work. But as she hopped out of her car and hot footed it into a dance studio in LA yesterday, it was obvious how excited Cheryl Cole is to be back doing what she loves.  Despite only getting the all-clear from doctors four weeks ago, the singer has eagerly returned to work, already laying down new material at a recording studio last week.And dressed in a low-key yet stylish outfit of black harem trousers, green T-shirt, leather jacket and heels, with a black cap pulled over her eyes, Cheryl practically ran through the doors of the dance studio yesterday.

Before jetting out to LA, the 27-year-old spoke to Simon Cowell and assured him that 'she was going out to rest, recuperate, gain some weight and hang out in the sun away from the glare of photographers,' a source told Closer magazine last week.Doctors instructed her to reduce her hectic schedule until her return to judging duties on the X Factor in October, but Cheryl has reportedly recorded a new single which she plans to perform on the second X Factor live show.

The video for the single is also expected to be filmed in the next week, which explains Cheryl's gruelling four-hour dance rehearsal. She has also reportedly been working out in the gym of her hotel, running on the treadmill and doing crunches.The first images of Cheryl after her battle with malaria, on a coffee run to her local Starbucks, showed that the tiny singer had gained a little weight, adding some much-needed pounds to her slight frame after weeks of her mother's hearty home-cooked meals.

The 27-year-old posed for the cover shot of her 2011 calendar wearing a lacy cap-sleeved see-through top over her sexy bra. The beauty also donned Army-style hobnail boots and a military-look cap as she perched provocatively on a rock. She is currently working on her second solo album in Los Angeles.

But even the biggest stars such as Cheryl Cole use auto-tuning to improve their vocals, according to her fellow judge Louis Walsh. The technology is so rife that for many singers it is 'just like wearing good make-up', he said. The multi-millionaire Irishman, 58, waded into the row yesterday after Simon Cowell confirmed that he was scrapping vocal tampering on the show. Hopefuls on last Saturday's X Factor series opener had their voices altered before broadcast, prompting more than 300 complaints to ITV.

Yesterday Walsh, who is in Dublin filming the Judges' Houses round of the show, said: 'Every pop star in the world uses autotuning. If you're a superstar you don't care. 'I wish I'd done it last year [during the live shows] with Jedward, it might have helped, I might have won the show. There is nothing wrong with it. 'I think people are making a big deal of it. Other channels are jealous of The X Factor, everyone is, it's the biggest show.

'It's the same as wearing good make-up and having a good make-up artist. Every successful artist in the world uses it.'Mrs Cole, 27, right, was caught in a miming row last year after the Daily Mail revealed that she did not plan to sing live during the first performance of her solo single, Fight For This Love, on The X Factor. Cowell banned her from miming and she resorted to performing alongside a backing track, singing live in parts.

So it’s fitting the singer and X Factor judge chose to add a tough-girl element to this picture for the front cover of her latest calendar. The 27-year-old donned hobnail boots and an army-style cap for the photo, one of a series of seductive shots. The calendar comes after Miss Cole was reported to have turned down £500,000 to strip for Playboy magazine.

Meanwhile, the singer is back at work and recording new material - despite warnings from her X Factor boss Simon Cowell that she should still be taking it easy after her life-threatening bout of malaria. She was seen leaving the studio, dressed in tracksuit bottoms and a hooded top, before returning to her nearby hotel, shortly followed by dancer Derek Hough. The 27-year-old star flew out to Los Angeles to recuperate from the illness at the end of July with close friend Hough. She's been staying at the Sunset Marquis hotel there but she's been in regular touch with Cowell as she gets her strength back in time to return to The X Factor.

Cheryl Cole On Hand PlayBoy PhotoShoot: Cheryl Cole  has been offered a nude shoot for men's magazine Playboy, said to be worth £500,000 according to reports. The raunchy publication apparently approached the X Factor starlet to pose for a centrefold shoot, after hearing about her plans to launch her career in the US, claims the Daily Star.

"Cheryl is incredibly flattered by the offer but she’s always been fundamentally opposed to going nude in magazines," a source told the tabloid today. "She reckons it’s great if other girls can do it, but it really isn’t her. People won’t believe it but she is actually incredibly shy when it comes to all that stuff."The insider continued: "Cheryl has a fortune of £10m. It’s not like she needs the money."

Cheryl Cole and her dancer pal Derek Hough are a couple, says ‘X Factor’ pal. Show choreographer Brian Friedman, 33, has met up with them since they flew to Los Angeles nearly two weeks ago. “I’m very close to them both. They’re amazing people and make a great couple,” the Mirror quoted Friedman as saying.

“I thought they would make a good couple and I’m so pleased to say they do. They’re very, very cute together. “Cheryl and Derek both seem incredibly happy right now, that’s all I can say,” Friedman added. It is the first time a friend of either Cole, 27, or US dancer Hough, 25, has spoken publicly about their relationship.

Cheryl Cole has returned to the studio for the first time since her battle with malaria. The Girls Aloud singer worked until 8pm on Monday at an LA sound stage. Cheryl, 27, then went back yesterday to continue recording her second album.

'She booked the studio for a week, though she'll see how many days she can manage,' a source tells the Daily Star. 'But she is not the sort of person to lie in bed waiting to get better... 'Cheryl is really geared towards making it in the US and feels well enough to push on.'

So why wouldn't she invite CHERYL COLE round for a tasty chargrilled sausage when they were just a few miles apart? The singers are in the same neighbourhood in Hollywood but the Geordie's invite for her Irish chum's barbie must have got lost in the post.

A source said: "Nadine and Cheryl are running rings around each other in terms of location. "They're not avoiding one another, there just hasn't been any effort whatsoever to meet up. "It would have been ideal for Cheryl to attend Nadine's barbecue as she's staying nearby."
