The TV mogul, will go to UK this week to have a meeting with the judges and contestants, and also to have a talk with Cheryl Cole. If Cheryl will come back, she will be in the behind-the-scenes mentor who will guide the contestants with their performance.
But Cheryl’s spokesman said that she is ‘over the X Factor’ and has no plans to return. A source said, “The X Factor UK team and Cheryl did discuss her coming back on the weekend when Kelly was ill. She was up for it but it did not quite workout – it was all very amicable.”“Everything is very friendly and I’m sure that they will work together with something in the future, but nothing is being discussed as of the moment.”Friends of Cheryl claimed that Cheryl is really thinking about Simon’s offer. “She is thinking about it – Simon has been very generous.”Cheryl was seen outside Gary Barlow’s house last week.
