Her PA, Lily England, found the situation hilarious, tweeting '@CherylCole has her woolly hat on and its soooo hot hahahahahaha!!!' by the side of with a picture of Chezza wrapped up in the cosy-looking headgear.
Never one to take a joke lying down, Cheryl promptly wrote back: 'Hahaha .. And she's back. The comedian returns.. Been in your box for a modest while haven't you.'The Parachute singer also offered an explanation for her unseasonable clothing on the microblogging site.
