Cheryl Cole has been voted the most stylish female of the decade – just a week after being named the world's sexiest woman. More than a third of women believe the 26-year-old singer should be given iconic status, according to a poll by Galaxy.
The X Factor judge stormed to victory ahead of Lady Gaga, who collected 11% of the votes. Cole has a similar impact on fashion trends as Madonna did in the 1980s, found the survey for Galaxy Counters, released to mark its return from the eighties. The Favourite 'Noughties' Fashion Forward Icons:
